Summary
Use Valivra to track and research your finances. We give you a tool, not financial advice. Keep your account secure, use the service fairly, and understand that market data comes from third parties and may be delayed or incomplete.
1. These terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Valivra. By using Valivra, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We have kept these terms short and in plain English on purpose.
2. What Valivra is
Valivra is a tool for tracking investments and researching financial data. It helps you organize your own information and shows you data from third-party sources.
3. We do not give financial advice
Valivra does not provide investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Everything in the service is for information and organization only. You are responsible for your own decisions — talk to a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
4. Your account
- You need an account to use most of Valivra.
- Keep your password and passkeys safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
- Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to your account.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Break the law or violate anyone else’s rights.
- Try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Scrape or resell our data without permission.
- Share your account or access with people who should not have it.
- Upload malware, spam, or use Valivra to deceive others.
We can suspend or close accounts that abuse the service.
6. Your data
You own the data you put into Valivra — your accounts, holdings, notes, and everything else. You give us permission to store and process it so we can run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to share anything you upload.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
7. Market data and third parties
- Market data, filings, news, and other third-party data come from outside providers. It may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and we do not guarantee it.
- If you connect a brokerage account, you authorize us to retrieve your account data from that provider. You are responsible for following your provider’s terms.
- Valivra is not affiliated with the companies whose data it displays.
8. Plans and payment
Some features require a paid plan. Prices are shown on our pricing page. Plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the period you paid for. We may change prices with notice.
9. Our content
Valivra, the Valivra name and logo, and the software and design behind the service belong to us. You can use Valivra for your own personal or internal business use. You cannot copy, resell, or build a competing product from it.
10. Availability
We work to keep Valivra running, but we provide it “as is” and “as available.” We may change, pause, or stop parts of the service at any time.
11. Disclaimers and limits
- We do not promise Valivra will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the data will be accurate.
- To the extent the law allows, Valivra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for investment losses or decisions you make.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
12. Ending this agreement
You can stop using Valivra and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we will let you know. Continuing to use Valivra after a change means you accept the updated terms.
